1. Operator status
SecureFix is currently operated by a natural person: Aleksandr Nikolaevich Dragun (also referred to as Alexander Dragun). A Spanish sociedad limitada (SL) is planned after entrepreneurial residence / incorporation steps. Until then, there is no Spanish company number, registered office, or VAT ID to display.

2. What SecureFix is (and is not)
SecureFix provides a portable acceptance / audit-record pack for Go deliveries
(PDF + result.json + Evidence Bundle + compare / review).
It is not an IDE scanner, not “better gosec”, not a compliance certificate
(ISO / SOC2 / CRA / LCSP / EAA), and not legal advice.
3. Where processing happens
- Owner-run / client laptop or server: the client runs the CLI (or pinned tools) under their control; source code need not leave their perimeter.
- Operator-assisted pilot: only by written agreement; scope and retention are agreed case by case (default retention of submitted code ≤ 90 days after the report — see Privacy).
- This website: static pages, sample demo Bundles, and optional light browser demo for voluntary Go snippets. Public site:
https://securefix.pro(legacysecurefix.ruredirects when configured). Hosting location is operational, not an EU-compliance claim.
4. Sample Evidence Bundles
Public ZIP samples are anonymized demo fixtures, not paid-client deliveries.
Recipients can check integrity with securefix verify or the
browser verify helper.
